It Started With One...

Our Beginning
In 2023, I personally funded a college scholarship through Cocoon Consulting LLC to support one young woman with big dreams. That one scholarship sparked something bigger.
Our Growth
By 2024, we realized the need was greater than one moment of generosity. In October 2024, the 360 Achievement Scholarship became an official nonprofit, created to provide long-term, sustainable support for young women pursuing higher education.
Our Impact
We fund scholarships through donations, sponsorships, and fundraising events, and we build strong partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations that believe in educational equity.
Our Why
Every young woman deserves the chance to pursue her education and reach her full potential. We exist to make that possible.

Who We Are

The 360 Achievement Scholarship is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to empowering emerging young women to pursue their educational goals and discover their unique paths in life. We believe in equipping individuals with the skills and education necessary to become confident, empowered, and focused on becoming the best versions of themselves.

Our Vision

The 360 Achievement Scholarship envisions a future where every young woman who lives in historically underresourced communities have opportunity, access, resources, and guidance to realize their full potential. We strive to create a world where education serves as a catalyst for personal transformation, empowering individuals to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose. Through our holistic approach, we aim to cultivate a generation of visionary leaders who are driven to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Our Mission

At 360 Achievement Scholarship, we empower young women across Chicago and the Chicagoland area by providing scholarships that ease financial burdens and open the doors to higher education and boundless possibility. Our mission is simple: to make college more accessible and attainable for the next generation of leaders.

"My Why" for 360

As a teenager, I never had the opportunity to belong to a girls' group where I could explore who I was and learn to accept myself fully. Without that space, I often felt self-conscious, uncertain, and on the edges of friendships. Looking back, that experience is what drew me to become a Social Worker. I wanted to support young people who, in many ways, reminded me of myself.

That purpose led me to create a clinical and mentoring program for girls where they could discover their strengths, build confidence, and learn how their gifts could impact their communities. Watching those young women graduate from high school and step into college and trade programs was powerful. I was honored to be part of that journey.

The vision expanded during an experience at Harvard Law School, where I presented my girls' group model and met a student from Englewood on Chicago's South Side, where I grew up. In that moment I thought, "I never would have imagined this." That realization planted the seed to support young women not only through personal growth, but also through their transition beyond high school. From that seed, the 360 Achievement Scholarship was born.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I find fulfillment in providing healing, hope, therapy and resources to our most vulnerable populations. I also find purpose in developing and supporting our clinicians in the Chicago behavioral health system and public school sectors. Partnering alongside stakeholders with a common goal will be my life's work. I look forward to creating experiences that ignite young people, validate our adults and geriatric populations and restore our givers in the counseling and helping professions.
